What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle form of hands-on healing from Japan that replenishes the body’s deep energy reserve and facilitates healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It can be used for self-healing or treating others. Often, people who receive Reiki report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded or uplifted. Some express a deeper connection with their spirtuality or inner source of meaning. However, there is no religious belief system attached to Reiki.

How Can Reiki Help Me?

People use Reiki to relax and strengthen their well-being; reduce pain, anxiety and fatigue; help manage symptoms; reduce side effects of medications; and support recovery after injury or surgeries.
